IMMONEN WORKS (“IMMONEN WORKS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates immonenworks.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. Our website and services are directed primarily to businesses in the United States.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, work email address, company, website, the type of support you are seeking, your message, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, session information, and cookie or similar identifiers. Hosting, security, and anti-spam systems may also process technical information and server logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss potential or current projects.
  • Create or update business contact records and manage follow-up.
  • Understand how visitors find and use the website.
  • Improve website content, performance, campaigns, and user experience.
  • Detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Contact forms, email, and HubSpot

Our contact form is provided through WPForms. Form submissions are delivered to IMMONEN WORKS by email through our WordPress mail configuration and Google Workspace. Our HubSpot integration may receive supported form submissions and create or update a business contact record associated with the submitted email address. Submitted fields and related website activity may be associated with that record for inquiry management, attribution, and follow-up.

HubSpot may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish sessions, recognize returning browsers, associate form submissions with website activity, and help prevent duplicate records. Learn more in HubSpot’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics through our WordPress analytics integrations to understand website traffic and usage. Google Analytics may collect page views, events, referring sources, session information, device and browser information, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use this information to measure and improve the website and our marketing.

For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookies and privacy choices

We use necessary technologies to operate the website, secure forms, and remember privacy choices. We also use statistics technologies for analytics and marketing technologies for HubSpot visitor tracking and contact attribution. For visitors in the United States, non-essential technologies may operate by default where permitted by law. You may opt out or change your choices at any time through the website’s Opt-out Preferences page or the privacy-choices control displayed on the site.

We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so can affect website functionality. Our Cookie Policy on the Opt-out Preferences page provides additional information about detected services, purposes, and retention periods.

When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the website and business, including our hosting provider, WordPress service providers, Google, HubSpot, Google Workspace, email delivery providers, form providers, security providers, and anti-spam services. These providers process information under their own terms and, where applicable, on our behalf. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction involving IMMONEN WORKS.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or technology disclosures may nevertheless be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws, depending on the law and provider configuration. Where applicable, we provide the legally required opt-out method.

Retention

We retain inquiry and business-contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Analytics, cookie, email, security-log, and CRM retention also depends on our settings and the applicable provider’s policies. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.

California and other U.S. privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to IMMONEN WORKS, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. California residents may also have a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to receive information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, use the form on our Opt-out Preferences page or email legal@immonenworks.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

International processing

IMMONEN WORKS and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those where you live. If a law outside the United States applies to a visitor, we will handle the visitor’s information and requests as required by that law.

This website and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
